Fees at Oxford Millwood School (OMS) include all the costs incurred in the usual course of educating your child, including the provision of educational materials (unless otherwise specified). Fees exclude 20% VAT.

Fee Payment:
Fees are charged by Year Group. If your child is placed in a class that is different from their national curriculum year group, you will be charged according to the class they are in. You may choose to pay annually, termly, or monthly.
- If you pay three consecutive terms in advance (annually) then a 5% discount to total fees is given. (Please read our terms and conditions relating to annual payment.)
- If you pay termly then fees must be paid one month in advance of term start. You will be sent an invoice clearly showing a payment date and payments need to be made in August, December, and February/March.
- If you pay in monthly installments you will pay by direct debit with 12 instalments per year, payable on 1st of each month.
Additional information:
Additional fees may be charged if children require extra support to improve their educational experience and enhance their learning. Additional fees will be discussed with parents/carers/funding providers, but typically standard fees are increased by between 20% and 35%.
Our standard fees rise between 5% and 10% at the start of the Autumn Term each academic year. Fees are charged 4-5 weeks in advance of each new OMS term, and 1 full OMS term notice is required for withdrawals.
Additional fees may also be charged for individual or small group music lessons, after school activity clubs, therapeutic sessions, LAMDA drama or any other extra-curricular activities; there will also be extra charges for school trips or special events attended by the children. In all cases, these will be notified to parents and agreed prior to charges being made.
Parents need to provide children with lunch, a snack, and a drink, although drinking water is always available.
